The Starboard Wedge – The new edge
The Starboard Wedge line upgrades the previous range of Wide Point boards. These boards have a pro performance and feel without compromising stability or volume. All boards are 32’’ wide to provide float and stability for heavier riders to rip. This is a versatile range for big to small conditions, best suited for beginner and intermediate riders.
The new 8’0″ x 32″ at 123 Litre is nimble, agile and compact. Stability meets manoeuvrability in the shortest Wedge design.
The Wedge won 2022 Best Performance Wide Body Board awarded by SUPBoarder Magazine.

- Twin T-stringers made from glass fibre are positioned on the deck and bottom of the board close to the rail, providing a massive increase in the overall strength against total breakage in surf.
- An additional wide layer of 200g glass wraps the rails for higher strength against paddle impact and further reinforces the overall strength against buckling.
- The deck features reinforced biaxial glass and Australian pine, to resist heel dents and impact from the standing area.
- The nose and tail are wrapped in multiple layers of glass fiber for further strength on these impact zones.
The Starboard Wedge also comes in Starlite construction.

- Shorter, stable and sensitive. The thinner rails make the board respond and feel like a narrower board, sharing a similar characteristic to the much loved Airborn and Longboard ranges. The 8’7” really is the stable high-performance shortboard for those that want to rip yet have enough to make sessions longer.

- A favourite in the testing and development, it turned heads with its control and responsiveness. The 9’2” is so much more responsive to turn as the thinner rails requires less foot pressure to initiate turns. Ultra reactive and sensitive.
10’2″ x 32″
- Volume: 183L
- Length: 10’2” / 310 cm
- Width: 32” / 81 cm
- Fast, reactive and controlled; the stable surfing all-rounder. A great option for those wanting the glide for cruising, solid stability from the width and improved surfing performance with the new shape upgrades.
11’2″ x 32″
- Volume: 198L
- Length: 11’2” / 340 cm
- Width: 32” / 81 cm
- An extra stable ride with easy glide for longer distance paddles and early entry into waves. Widely accessible for riders up to 115kg wanting a stable board to learn with progression in smaller surf.
