Wetsuits Return Policy
All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Any item that is returned must be in as new condition. Wetsuits may be tried on but must not be used in anyway if they are to be returned. All original packaging and tags must also be returned with the item intact.
You as the purchaser are also responsible for the return postage of items. Instructions will be included with your order and you should follow them as some return address maybe different. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. Please contact us to be given the return postal address.
Once the item has been received by us and meets the above criteria a refund less the postage cost will be issued.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Sale items
Refunds for sale items are available in the form of shop credit only. We do not offer cash refunds for discounted items.
